Age limit :
- Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on 01-01-2013. Age is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates of W.B. State only
Mode of Selection :
- Selection will be made on the basis of performance in Written Test, Computer Proficiency Test and Interview for both posts. Candidates called for Written Test / Computer Proficiency Test / Interview shall not be entitled to reimbursement of travelling expenses. The Written Test / Computer Proficiency Test / Interview will be held in Kolkata only.
Application Fee:
- Candidates belonging to General / OBC-A /OBC-B/Ex-Serviceman / Meritorious Sportspersons/ Exempted Category/ Physically Challenged categories are required to pay a non-refundable Application Fees of Rs.250/- together with Rs.22/- as bank service charges. SC / ST candidates from the state of West Bengal are exempted from application fees.
- United Bank of India has been authorized to collect the Application Fee, in specially opened non-operated current account on behalf of WBSETCL.Fees can be deposited at any branch of United Bank of India throughout India through a triplicate challan.
